Bucketless Mopping System
The new self-contained Advantage Bucketless Mopping System dispenses cleaning fluid directly from the reservoir, delivering excellent performance. Designed to use less chemicals and uses only 10% of water required by conventional mopping methods. Simply change the launderable Microfiber pad for every room and you can completely control your level of clean while preventing cross-contamination. The no-clog nozzle sprays a wide, powerful pattern. Easy to change reservoir; just twist and lock. Convenient clip on the handle allows system to hang from a janitor’s cart. Requires no bucket and wringer, eliminating heavy lifting and back strain. Floor dries quickly, lessening the chance of falls.

Waxer Floor Finish Applicator
The new Waxer Floor Finish Applicator weighs 2 lbs. when empty and 4.5–5.5 lbs when filled with wax with a frame size of 5 x 16 or 5 x 20 inches. The control button to dispense wax is on the tip of the handle. The easy to change 50 oz. reservoir will cover approximately 900–1000 square feet in 15 minutes. Very easy clean-up — flush reservoir with hot water for 3–5 minutes. Solidified wax can be removed without tools, along with the valve, and replaced at minimal cost.
No leakage occurs during transport with an air-tight valve that seals the tank. Waxer is able to apply solutions of different viscosity levels to the floor.

Sterling Inhibitor Antimicrobial Pad
The Sterling Inhibitor gives the exceptionally smooth cleaning performance of microfiber plus antimicrobial protection powered by silver ions. The Inhibitor’s built-in protection reduces the proliferation of microbes trapped within the microfiber, which helps to control cross-contamination. The silver ions remain safely within the pad itself, continuously protecting the mop. Disinfectant cleaning solution is required for the floor surface.
