    These mopheads are manufactured from yarns created especially for O'Dell. Ideal for use in healthcare facilities, laboratories and wherever the highest standards of cleanliness are required. Prelaundered and preshrunk. In either 4-ply or 6-ply yarns with 5 inch vinyl mesh headband.

    900 Series

    4-ply preshrunk. Cotton, rayon, synthetic blend of fibers for maximum durability. Absorbs up to seven times its own weight! Available in yellow, green, orange, blue, red and white. For color choice, add the desired color to the item number.

    4400 Series Sterling Plus

    4-ply preshrunk, antimicrobial yarn. Locked-in antimicrobial protection eliminates germs and bacteria. Rayon/synthetic blend. Available in yellow, green, orange, blue, red and white. For color choice, add the desired color to the item number.

    Healthcare Synthetics

    Healthcare synthetics contain the same superior quality yarns as our preshrunk mopheads. This ensures both durability and absorbency. 4-ply and 6-ply blended yarn combines the strengths of rayon, acrylic and polyester—tensile strength, absorption and rapid fluid release. The yarn dries quickly which reduces odor and bacterial growth.

    3000 Series

    6-ply all purpose. A superior quality mophead in 6-ply tight twist rayon/polyester yarns. A truly out-standing and launderable mophead. Available in green, blue and white only. For color choice, add the desired color to the item number.

    4200 Series

    4-ply rayon/synthetic, antimicrobial yarn is highly absorbent. The antimicrobial agent protects the mophead from bacterial & fungal growth, which inhibits yarn degradation & offensive odors. This blend of fibers is very durable and launderable. Available in green, orange, blue or white. For color choice, add the desired color to the item number. Ex: 4200L/Blue.

    General Maintenance

    Same superior quality yarns as our preshrunk mopheads. Our best quality all purpose mopheads. In 4-ply and 6-ply yarns.
    Synthetic blend yarn combines the quality of rayon, acrylic and polyester fibers. Covers more floor area by absorbing up to seven times its own weight.

    PowerCore® 5800 Series

    PowerCore® wet mops are manufactured using a uniquely engineered yarn that has a micro-denier filament core, which is surrounded by traditional synthetic fibers. This yarn construction protects the delicate microfilaments from abrasion while also taking advantage of microfiber’s inherent wicking ability and channeling it to produce a superior product. Reduces drying time by as much as half. Wet pick-up performance increased by 50%.

    EchoMop® 1200 Series

    The EchoMop® is the first mophead made from recycled PET plastic. Absorbs over 4.4 times its weight in water and releases almost 30% upon wringing. Longer lasting and lower linting than competitive yarns. Composed of 30% post-consumer material and 67% post-industrial material and is free from post recycling dyes.

    8000 Series

    4-ply all purpose. Cotton/synthetic yarn requires break-in. A very cost effective mophead. Also available in cut-end styles. Excellent floor coverage. This mop is not launderable. Less linting & weight loss in laundry. 30% post-consumer and 67% post-industrial waste. Available in water bottle blue, beer bottle brown, beverage bottle white and soda bottle green.     Knitty Gritty for Food Service

    The finest quality blended poly-cotton fibers—designed to meet the tough, demanding needs of the industrial service industries—are twisted and knitted tightly to create a longer lasting, lower linting product with enhanced water holding ability for greater coverage of large floor surface areas. This innovative mophead will stand up well to rough, abrasive anti-skid floors and is launderable.

    Enviro Clean for Clean Room

    This nonwoven material is designed to meet the various levels of clean room (Class 1000) applications for lint reduction. It is also ideal for food service environments requiring mildew proof cleaning products and hospitals controlling infectious disease, oil and hazardous chemical spills. The unique synthetic web strand construction combines the strength & wearability of twisted polyester & nylon fibers. Liquid and particulate pickup & retention are enhanced by the nonwoven orientation of the fibers. The spiral formed construction provides regions into which fluids will flow by capillary action and surface tension.
    Linting and shredding are virtually non-existent. These unique fibers are mildew resistant and fast drying.
