Cut-End mops are our most economical choice for a wide range of cleaning jobs. Cotton and Rayon are both available in 4 & 8-ply yarns with either wide or narrow headbands. Cotton mop heads require break in to remove natural oils from the fibers. Rayon mop heads provide immediate absorbency and extra wear, are low linting, require no break in and are ideal for general cleaning and
finish applications.

Edge® Mop
The new Edge Nonwoven Wet Mop is produced from 100% post industrial material - recycled rayon / synthetic nonwoven edge trim. Compared to cotton, this material exhibits 40% greater absorption and 20% greater liquid release, giving the same cleaning results with less material. The Edge mop is more economical than cotton, will not unravel, leaves less lint, and requires no break-in time. The Edge mop is ideal for wax stripping, disinfecting, quick spill pick-up, and general purpose mopping.

Rayon and Cotton Numbered
Standard numbered mop heads are lighter than full-weight mop heads. Rayon 4-ply Series 23 provides immediate absorbency and extra wear. Low linting and needs no break-in. Ideal for general cleaning and disinfecting. Available in natural white only. Cotton 4-ply Series 53 is a great value and high quality at a modest price. Good for heavy cleaning. Tighter twist yarns for strength and longer life. Available in natural white only.

Enviro Clean for Clean Room
This nonwoven material is designed to meet the various levels of clean room (Class 1000) applications for lint reduction. It is also ideal for food service environments requiring mildew proof cleaning products and hospitals controlling infectious disease, oil and hazardous chemical spills. The unique synthetic web strand construction combines the strength and wearability of twisted polyester and nylon fibers. Liquid & particulate pickup and retention are enhanced by the nonwoven orientation of the fibers. The spiral formed construction provides regions into which fluids will flow by capillary action & surface tension. Linting and shredding are virtually non-existent. These unique fibers are mildew resistant and fast drying.
